1. Do not lift the lifting arm or the lifted heavy object if there are people staying or walking under it.
2. Lifting command should be provided by full-time personnel with qualified technical training. No lifting is allowed without command or without clear signals.
3. Slender and multiple objects such as steel bars, sections, and pipes must be bundled securely and lifted at multiple points. Do not lift if the single head weighs a thousand pounds or if the binding is not secure.
4. Perforated plates, ash hoppers, and hand-overturned buckets are not allowed to be hoisted by four-point hoisting, nor are they allowed to be hoisted without removing the armor of large grinding board external sidings. Precast reinforced concrete floor slabs are not allowed to be double-assembled.
5. The hanging bricks must use safe and reliable block clamps, and the hanging bricks must use brick cages and be stacked neatly. Odd objects such as wooden bricks and prefabricated embedded parts must be stacked securely in containers. Do not hang them if they are not stacked neatly.
6. No one is allowed to lift suspended objects such as floor slabs and girders.
7. Sheet piles, well point pipes, etc. buried in the ground as well as adhering or attached objects are not allowed to be lifted.
8. When operating with multiple machines, the distance between the lifted objects should be ensured to be no less than 3 meters. When operating with multiple machines on the same track, no lifting is allowed without safety measures.
9. Hoisting is not allowed in areas with strong winds above Level 6.
10. It is not allowed to lift heavy objects that are diagonally pulled or exceed the allowable mechanical load.
