The combination ratio can be a combination of one master and three clusters, or a combination of one master and two clusters, or one master and one slave. The active frame is mainly composed of a base, rollers, transmission reduction mechanism, and control system, and the driven frame is mainly composed of bottom tires and rollers.
(1) Rotary reduction mechanism
The two rollers on the active frame are driven by two direct-connected double-stage cycloidal pinwheel reducers to form a rotary driving force. The advantages of this reducer are large speed ratio, high efficiency, small size, smooth and reliable transmission, long life, easy maintenance and other characteristics. There is no transmission reducer on the driven frame, only two metal rollers, because the driven frame only plays the role of support and auxiliary transmission.
(2)Roller

(4)Control system
The frequency converter is used for stepless speed regulation, with wide speed range, high precision, large starting torque, strong driving ability, high reliability, multiple self-protection functions, maintenance-free and other features. The start, stop, forward and reverse rotation and speed adjustment of the welding roller frame are all operated on the control platform. The control distribution box of the equipment is placed on the side away from the equipment. The frequency converter speed display is displayed in Hz. The working status and speed adjustment of the welding roller frame are completed through the control buttons.
