1. During the transportation and installation of anti-corrosion storage tanks, strong impact and collision on the equipment body should be avoided.

The foundation for installing anti-corrosion storage tanks requires that the ground be flat and able to withstand the corresponding pressure. The base is generally made by on-site stacking method, that is, the horizontal tank is placed at the place of use, and then filled with bricks and cement. Pay attention to put some sand on the contact surface between the tank and the bricks. After the cement brick foundation is fully solidified, the materials can be put into use. The base height is generally half the tank body.
2. Anti-static facilities should be installed for high-resistance organic solvents.
3. The equipment installation and use environment should be far away from the source of the earthquake and avoid contact with open flames.
4. When anti-corrosion storage tanks store chemicals, the stored items should be clearly marked. There should be good drainage trenches and dilution devices around the site where anti-corrosion storage tanks are placed.
5. Since the material of the all-plastic flange is softer than the steel plate, the user should check the sealing performance of the anti-corrosion storage tank before use. You can add liquid to observe whether there is leakage. Storage tanks containing chemical liquids are best tested for leaks with water to prevent losses.
6. If there are joints or flange-connected pipes at the bottom of the tank, they should be perpendicular to the barrel wall. It is best to use soft connections to avoid uneven expansion of the upper and lower sides of the barrel wall after being filled with liquid, resulting in damage to the joint connection and leakage. In severe cases, damage to the joints and barrel body.
7. The pipes on the equipment should be sealed with acid-proof gaskets, and the gaskets should be replaced in time.
8. The venting port must be opened for the perfusion and output of the equipment to prevent the equipment from being damaged by pressure.
